The most amazing time

We just had the most amazing time in beautiful Southern Sicily, 1 week staying in Insula Relax. The Villa is modern and lovely, fitted out with everything that a family needs. Having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was particularly great. The lounge area is basic but we used the whole Villa more as a base rather than spending lots of time indoors (weather was mid-late 20s degC every day). The pool is a great size and very clean, with a large area around it for relaxing. The pool house is useful as it has a shower and toilet.
The location is quiet and fantastic as it allowed us to easily make day trips to the beach, Noto, Siracusa and even Agrigento. It’s also a quick 10-15min drive into Modica, which is well stocked with pasticcerias, gelaterias and good restaurants.
What really makes the Villa and the place so special is the excellent customer service from Isula Travel (especially Francesca) and the warm, friendly hospitality of Enzo and his family. We had never stayed in a villa where the owners are staying above us but it worked really well and we felt very relaxed and free to do what we wanted - Enzo has mastered the balance between being helpful and available, but respectful and allowing privacy. Thank you so much Enzo and team for the wonderful memories that we have taken away from Sicily.
